These Terms govern your use of VINDI AutoTrade (“the Service”), operated by VINDI ELITE (“we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VINDI AutoTrade is a software technology subscription. It connects to a MetaTrader 5 trading account that you own and control, and automatically replicates trading signals generated by our strategies onto that account.
We are not a fund manager, broker, investment adviser, or financial adviser. We do not hold, receive, manage, or have withdrawal access to your funds. We charge a flat subscription fee and never take a share of your profits. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
To use the Service you supply your MT5 login, password, and server name. These are transmitted to MetaAPI, our execution infrastructure provider, solely to establish the trading connection.
Trading foreign exchange, metals, indices, and cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose some or all of your capital.
Past performance, including any results shown on this website or in our Telegram channels, is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
You alone decide how much capital to expose, what risk setting to use, and whether to remain connected. You accept full responsibility for every trade placed on your account, including trades placed automatically by the Service.
The Service is technically capable of connecting to proprietary trading firm (“prop firm”) or funded evaluation accounts. Whether you are permitted to do so is determined by your prop firm’s own rules, not by us.
These restrictions concern prop firms only. They do not apply to ordinary live retail broker accounts.
The Service depends on third parties including MetaAPI, your broker, TradingView, Cloudflare, and Telegram. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Signals may be missed, delayed, or executed at prices different from those shown, due to outages, latency, slippage, broker rejections, insufficient margin, weekend gaps, or instruments unavailable on your broker. We are not liable for trades that do not execute, execute late, or execute at an unfavourable price.
Where your broker does not offer a symbol matching your account’s contract class, that instrument will not be copied. This is deliberate: skipping a trade is safer than opening one at the wrong size.
You agree not to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its signals; not to share your VINDI ID or dashboard credentials; not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems; and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you breach these Terms, share access credentials, attempt to defraud us or a third party, or use the Service unlawfully. We may also discontinue the Service entirely, in which case we will give reasonable notice where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, prop firm account termination, broker disputes, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
All strategies, indicators, software, branding, and content associated with VINDI ELITE and VINDI AutoTrade remain our property. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription term, and nothing more.
We collect your name, email, country, phone number, and MT5 connection details in order to operate the Service. Broker credentials are held only as required to maintain your connection and are deleted when you disconnect. We do not sell your data. Payment processing is handled by NowPayments under their own terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
